why is this and how can i avoid it? i suppose it's not a software specific problem necessarilly yet, at least for now I would just like to know what is this general problem as i've seen it in video files i've received or made myself, though since i'm at it i'll mention i created a smaller movie for my windows mobile phone using avi recomp and although the original file would allow for fast forwarding or skipping ahead or behind the shrunken file won't. it basically gets stuck and i'm sure you all have seen that and at least if not most of you know what this common problem is about. so what is and and how do i avoid it. thanks
