    I recorded a tv program on my new vista 64 computer this weekend. It seems the new vista 64 media center records in a new format (wtv) and had abandoned the drv-ms format.  Unfortunately, you cannot do anything with the file.  You can't burn it to a dvd.  You can't watch it on a xbox extender.  You can't put it on a Zune.  You can only watch it on a Vista 64 computer with the tv pack installed, which is not available to anybody but certain manufacturers. What gives and why would Microsoft do this?
