Download this to the desktop, then restart into Safe Mode (F8) Next run this file and choose Option 2, "Clean"
Let the program scan, and choose "yes you want to clean registry". Allow the disc cleanup to complete. Then run a Reset on Internet Explorer. (Right click Internet Explorer, properties, Advanced, Reset)
Then look in Program Files and delete the folder called "PC Antispyware"
Then restart the computer normally.
Run a scan of all files and folders with your normal AV solution.
